Made to order
All Lights Out products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Most orders are printed in 2–7 business days, then shipped. Production can take longer during peak periods.
Where we ship
We ship throughout Australia and to most countries worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs and an estimated delivery date for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather and peak seasons.
Tracking
We email tracking details when your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We may not be able to change an order once it is in production. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may be charged at cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.
