Printed to order, then shipped

Every Lights Out piece is made for your order by our print partner, Printful. Nothing is pre-made or sitting on a shelf.

Production

Most orders are printed in 2–7 business days, then shipped. Busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas, can take longer.

Delivery

  • Australia: we ship Australia-wide.
  • Worldwide: we ship to most countries.

Shipping costs and a delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates aren't guarantees; carriers, customs and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Australia may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility unless they're shown at checkout.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production we can't always change it. If a parcel comes back because of an address error, we'll work out a re-ship with you (usually at cost).
