What size should I get?

Our pieces are unisex. The Heavyweight Tee is cut oversized: take your usual size for the boxy look, or size down for a closer fit. Hoodies, long sleeves and singlets run true to size. For exact chest and length measurements in centimetres, see the Size Guide.

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes, Australia-wide. Your shipping cost and delivery estimate appear at checkout before you pay, and you'll get tracking by email when your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, to most countries. International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. See Shipping for details.

What does printed to order mean?

Nothing is pre-made. When you order, our print partner, Printful, prints your piece just for you, usually within 2–7 business days, then ships it. Less waste, no dead stock.

What if my order arrives misprinted or damaged?

We reprint it free or refund you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. No need to send it back. See Returns & Reprints.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Because each piece is made for you, we can't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

How do I care for my Lights Out gear?

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print, and skip bleach and dry cleaning. Your print will stay sharp for longer.

What's the story behind Lights Out?

Lights Out is a father-and-son label from Nathan and his son Kaiden, who lost his sight and chose to build something people can see. His line is on every piece: Even when the lights are out, I'm still home. Read Our Story.
